The Forecast is Calling for a Weekend Shower

No, I'm not talking about weather :-)

 

We are having a baby shower this weekend, and I cannot wait!!!!! The shower is being given by my sisters, sisters-in-law, and friends from my hometown. I'm so very excited to see everyone and all the sweet baby things that come along with showers. We are so very blessed to have family and friends who will do something so special for us!!!

 

Honestly, I've been moping around a little bit lately....mostly because of the lack of furniture (yeah....it's still not here!). Maybe a shower is just what I need to fellowship with family and friends, freshen my spirits, and make it real (again) that we are actually going to have a precious baby boy in just a matter of weeks!!! I may even feel slightly more prepared for him afterwards :-)
